Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Competitive Hourly Rate: $41.18

Rotating 12-Hour Shift Schedule

The Electrical Maintenance Specialist performs and/or assists in all factory, agricultural, and operations maintenance activities. All applicable work is done in accordance with National, State, and Local Electrical Codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes an effective pace and minimizes interruptions in the process and agricultural operations.
  • Trains and enables non-licensed personnel to work towards obtaining an electrical license.
  • Repairs, replaces, and installs new generators online.
  • Utilizes the Company's computerized maintenance management system (SAP) to record and access maintenance-related information.
  • Programs, troubleshoots, and operates programmable controllers, distributive control systems, and interlocking systems.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED certificate required.
  • Journeyman's Class A license required; Master's license preferred.
  • Ability to work with up to 12,470-volt 3-phase equipment and switch gears, as well as lower voltages in both single and 3-phase.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Candidates must pass a Safety Screen evaluating their ability to safely execute duties and tasks.
