Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our agency-wide database, ensuring its optimal operation and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the agency-wide MIS database, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain and manage other databases required by funding sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Troubleshoot database issues, working swiftly to resolve them and minimize downtime.
  • Generate detailed reports on client data, services, and outcomes, providing valuable insights to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure data requirements are met and maintained.
  • Implement data management best practices and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for database optimization and implement changes where necessary.
  • Train and support team members in the use of databases, fostering a culture of data literacy within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with database management, data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
