Role Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is integral to our operations, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in professional communication with clients, gathering detailed medical histories and presenting symptoms.
  • Conduct laboratory tests, including hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, and fecal examinations.
  • Perform diagnostic imaging while adhering to safety protocols for staff and patients.
  • Utilize nursing skills to restrain patients, administer medications (PO/IV/SUBQ/IM), apply and maintain bandages, and proficiently place IV catheters and perform venipuncture.
  • Prepare for surgeries and monitor anesthesia during procedures.
  • Execute dental prophylaxis competently.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or the ability to transfer credentials.
  • Associate degree in Veterinary Technology.
