Job Title: Territory Outreach Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Outreach Manager to join our team at Promises Behavioral Health, LLC. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, crisis units, physicians, and other relevant groups or agencies that need our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote our programs in community service areas
  • Establish and expand relationships with key decision makers within each customer organization in the territory
  • Collaborate closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and management to generate referral sources
  • Provide education and support to referral sources to promote our services
  • Act as a liaison to professional referents to promote Promises Behavioral Health services
  • Represent Promises at networking events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a job-related medical or mental healthcare discipline
  • A minimum of two (2) years' proven sales experience
  • Understanding of the sales pipeline in behavioral health
  • Previous experience in the behavioral/mental health sector
  • Excellent relational, public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills
