The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our boat manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of boats to identify any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control checklists and procedures.
- Perform system checks on electrical, fuel, and plumbing systems.
- Fill out and complete quality assurance and NMMA required checklists.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintain a safe and professional demeanor.
- Physical demands include climbing in and out of boats, standing for long periods, and engaging in bending, stooping, and pushing/pulling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Ability to work in a covered warehouse environment with varying temperature conditions.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.
