BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home healthcare services, and we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Mickleton, New Jersey. As an RN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence.
Job Description- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administration of medications, wound care, and treatments.
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care and support.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
