Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and improving overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with physical therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on physical therapy techniques and exercises tailored to their needs
- Monitor client progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the physical therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed

What We Offer:- A competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current licensure or certification in the state of NJ
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or equivalent experience
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified physical therapist
