We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our Business Insurance team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet their business objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete client data in our account management system
- Participate in exposure analysis, risk assessments, and coverage analysis
- Serve as a mentor to junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
- Active 2-20 insurance license
- 3+ years of commercial account management experience within an agency
- Experience with Sagitta account management system
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
