We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Southborough, Massachusetts. As a Speech Therapist in this school setting role, you will work with students of various age groups and backgrounds.

About the Role

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a speech therapist required;\
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology;\
  • Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP; \
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory;\
  • Caseload will be dependent on your level of experience;\
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with set hours of 8:30am to 3:00pm including a half-hour lunch break;\
  • Job Type: Full-Time;\
  • Location: On-site/In-Person;\
  • Term: 9 months;\\
  • Time: Set hours with regular breaks;\\
  • This position involves working with students aged PreK-5th grade at Northborough Elementary and preschool programs at Southborough location.\\
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.\\
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to help students overcome speech difficulties.\\
  • Additionally, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.\\
  • Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality speech therapy services while collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.\\
  • To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and maintain accurate records of student progress.\\
