As a key member of the hospital's leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical services, providing administrative oversight, and managing quality and safety performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the Neurology Division's services and improve patient outcomes
- Provide administrative oversight and leadership to the Neurology Division, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless care coordination and patient flow
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in neurology, and incorporate best practices into the hospital's care delivery
- Medical Degree from an accredited university
- New York Medical License
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
