Chief of Neurology

Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Neurology to lead its Division of Neurology. As a key member of the hospital's leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical services, providing administrative oversight, and managing quality and safety performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurology, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. They will also be eligible for a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, based on their background and experience.

• Develop and implement clinical services to meet the needs of patients with neurological disorders
• Provide administrative oversight and leadership to the Division of Neurology
• Manage quality and safety performance metrics to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in education and research activities to advance the field of neurology
