Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Houseman to support our events team at LaKota Oaks. This role involves working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of banquet services.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:

  • Responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet tables, chairs, and equipment as per event requirements.
  • Cleanliness of all event and storage rooms, back of house with daily cleaning.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and involve the manager when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure efficient event operations.
  2. Adhere to company-established safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns to management.
  3. Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in banquet services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) as required by the role.
