Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst role focuses on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within the HPC AI & Servers division. This position is hybrid, requiring an average of 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial insights and forecasts to the corporate FP&A team and business units for HPC & AI and Servers.
- Provide accurate data for strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end reporting while leading long-term planning initiatives.
- Create comprehensive presentations and analytical spreadsheets to support decision-making.
- Investigate and analyze variances in forecasts, budgets, and historical data.
- Cultivate relationships with senior leadership, including the VP of HPC & AI, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
Expertise and Leadership:
As a recognized authority in relevant subject matter, you will:
- Develop innovative principles and ideas that drive financial strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams and projects that align with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering their professional development.
- Exercise independent judgment in establishing methods and criteria for achieving financial goals.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or economics; advanced degrees or accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, MBA) are highly preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis, with a broad understanding of finance functions.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficient analytical skills and mastery of English.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and EIP is advantageous, as is experience with P&L management.
- Background in HPC & AI or Compute is a plus.
- Exceptional skills in business applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, alongside strong communication and teamwork abilities.
