Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Provide and coordinate care, ensuring patients receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and educate patients and their families about various health conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to facility and corporate policies, as well as state Nurse Practice Act regulations.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements.
  • One year of nursing experience, with previous psychiatric or mental health experience preferred.
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
