**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Brooksource. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the system documentation for our client in the MRO space.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to understand current state and effectively document requirements to meet the business needs.
  • Organize technical information so that it can be utilized efficiently to keep record of multiple implementations, configurations, documents, and projects.
  • Develop and write professional and concise documentation based on requirements.
  • Responsible for all aspects of planning, writing, and editing new and existing programs, including review of terms and conditions.
  • Meet with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, and Marketing to ensure full understanding of new organizations current process.
  • Documentation of new proof of concept development for critical 2024 projects as well as strategic initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive insights on content organization and document delivery.
  • Research and translate technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field; Business analyst, business systems analyst, technical writer, etc.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of technology systems, software, hardware.
