Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our production team at ERS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.


Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Duties:
  • Operate injection molding machinery while following the established production timeline.
  • Manage the startup and shutdown processes of equipment.
  • Address and resolve any alarms or issues that arise during operation.
  • Ensure a steady supply of materials and components to the machines.
  • Assemble components before and after the molding process according to specifications.
  • Perform mold changes as required.
  • Load and unload hotplate welding machines, inspecting for any visible defects in the products.
  • Document production activities and any adjustments made to processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to processes and auxiliary equipment.
  • Conduct daily and weekly cleaning of machinery.
  • Properly dispose of scrap materials in designated containers.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned.

Logistics Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts as necessary.
  • Handle packaging, labeling, and storage of products and shipping containers.

Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect the work area to maintain safe and quality conditions.
  • Conduct quality control checks on products in accordance with specifications.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and safety protocols.

Shift Availability:

Positions are available for both 2nd and 3rd shifts.
