Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming products, assist with inventory assessments, and retrieve orders from stock utilizing various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, scales, ladders, and hand trucks.

  • Direct hire position available.
  • Potential for bonuses and incentives.
  • $500 bonus after completing 90 days of employment.
  • An additional $500 bonus after 180 days of employment.
  • Further $1000 bonus after one year of employment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Successful completion of background checks is required.
  • Preferred: High School diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Required: Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Required: Ability to interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, as well as write basic correspondence.
  • Required: Competence in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Required: Capability to follow detailed written and/or verbal instructions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interprets customer orders requiring modular plastic components, molded sprockets, wear stripping, and/or raceway, and selects items for distribution to assembly, shipping, QA, etc.
  • Palletizes and organizes received materials into designated storage areas.
  • Identifies products by visual recognition of their identification codes.
  • Restocks unused products from the assembly area into appropriate storage locations.
  • Provides current inventory counts on specific items upon request from supervisors or customer service.
  • Returns non-compliant products to the relevant assembly department for correction.
  • Trained to operate all necessary tools and machinery for the tasks mentioned, including forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, scales, ladders, and hand trucks.

Work Schedule:

First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Second Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (includes a $1.00/hr shift differential)
