Job DescriptionJob Description

Production

- Operate injection molding machines and ensure they are running as per production schedule
- Start-up and shutdown of equipment
- Respond to molding machine alarms
- Maintain material and component supplies to machines
- Assembly of pre and post-molding components per specifications
- Make mold changes
- Load and unload hot-plate welding machines; inspect for obvious welding defects in product
- Documentation of production paperwork and process adjustments
- Troubleshooting of process and accessory equipment
- Daily and weekly cleaning of machines
- Dispose of scrap into proper containers
- Other related duties as assigned

Logistics:

- Operate forklift as needed
- Packaging, labelling and storage of product and shipping containers

Quality:
- Inspects assigned work area to ensure safe and quality conditions
- Perform quality control checks of product per specifications
- Adheres to the tenets of all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, and safety standards
