Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to enhance our growing team. The Otolaryngologist will be responsible for developing treatment plans for patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat, including malignant diseases of the head and neck. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physician assistants, dieticians, surgeons, pathologists, and pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert consultation and management for conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck areas.
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and patient care management in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including laryngology assessments, nasal endoscopies, and imaging studies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in minor otolaryngology procedures, with a preference for experience in office biopsies.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid California Medical License.
  • A degree from an accredited Medical School.
  • Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgical Residency program.
  • Evidence of ongoing education to meet license requirements.
  • Board Certification or Eligibility from the American Board of Otolaryngology (ABOto).
Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will exhibit:

  • Expertise in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgical diagnoses.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership capabilities and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively resolve conflicts.
