We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to enhance our growing practice.
Role Summary:
The Otolaryngologist will be responsible for developing treatment plans for patients with various medical and surgical conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat, including malignant diseases of the head and neck. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physician assistants, dieticians, surgeons, pathologists, and pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and manage patient care effectively.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as laryngology evaluations, nasal endoscopies, and imaging studies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in minor otolaryngology procedures, including in-office biopsies.
- Exhibit strong leadership and excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and team members.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A valid California Medical License.
- A degree from an accredited Medical School.
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgical Residency program.
- Evidence of ongoing education to meet licensing requirements.
- Board Certification or Eligibility from the American Board of Otolaryngology (ABOto).
