Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that guest accommodations are kept in pristine condition, delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare for cleaning by gathering necessary supplies and ensuring the housekeeping cart is fully stocked.
  • Efficiently remove waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure that hallways, public spaces, and storage areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Restock the housekeeping cart in preparation for the following day’s tasks.
  • Replenish cleaning agents as needed.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager of any missing items from rooms.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Manage lost and found items according to company policies.
  • Strive to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
