Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our guest accommodations. This position requires a dedication to providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including the organization of guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Efficiently remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and corridors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock the housekeeping cart to ensure readiness for the following day.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Report any missing items from guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager of any maintenance issues immediately.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established protocols.
  • Strive to ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing friendly and courteous service to guests and team members.
