Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop fixtures for broadband plasma wafer inspection opto-mechanical assemblies, including CAD modeling, tolerance analysis, and life-time evaluation.
  • CAE and Simulation: Perform thermal and structural simulations using ANSYS to ensure the reliability and performance of the fixtures.
  • Qualification and Release: Qualify and release the fixture design, providing support for onsite manufacturing and collaborating with the manufacturing team during product ramp-up.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, providing technical support to the manufacturing team.
Requirements
