Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming prospective residents and assessing their housing needs
  • Documenting all inquiries and visits, both via phone and in person
  • Conducting inspections of model units and available apartments
  • Showcasing the community and apartments to interested individuals
  • Handling application processes and securing necessary deposits
  • Maintaining updated availability reports and processing lease applications
  • Guiding new residents through community orientation
  • Tracking lease renewals and evaluating advertising effectiveness
