CFS is partnering with a small Real Estate firm seeking a Leasing Agent. This position offers flexible part-time hours on Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent:
  • Typing and signing leases, and handle filing of documents
  • Answering the phone and greeting visitors who come into the office
  • Assisting rental application completion and answering questions about the property to prospective renters
  • Basic office work as assigned including filing and organizing
Requirements of the Leasing Agent:

  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Availability for 24-30 hours/week
