Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient Security and Access Control Specialist to enhance our Applications, Development, and Integrations (ADI) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and supporting the organization's mission through effective management of application security and user access controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with ERP vendors to articulate and refine documented requirements. Gain insights into ERP system functionalities, particularly focusing on security and access control features.
  • Implement and manage security configurations and access controls, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation to support future access control and security needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in application security management, particularly in ERP systems. Troubleshoot security-related issues and identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Document all security processes, including modifications and enhancements, to facilitate ongoing support and compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associates degree with two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Five years of experience in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Three years of experience with ERP systems, particularly in security administration.
  • Proficiency in security configuration and management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
