Patient Service Coordinator

As a Patient Service Representative at RadNet, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients, registering them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verify patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation.
- Collect and log co-pays and fees, answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff member.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, confirming with patients and staff as needed.
- Offer patients orientation on preparatory and safety protocols, providing directions to facilities as required.
- Collaborate with back-office staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred.
