Responsibilities

Available Shifts: Day and Night

Compensation:
$16.85/HR - $21.08/HR

Night Shift Differential:
$1.00/HR

• Operate Compression Operation Molding, Finishing, and Packaging Equipment

• Set up and oversee all machinery

• Identify and rectify issues causing production delays

• Collaborate with the manufacturing support team to analyze and resolve productivity challenges

• Monitor, inspect, and package products

• Conduct continuous inspections to ensure quality and efficient machine performance

• Provide necessary adjustments and consult with technicians for corrective measures as needed

• Prepare, train, and ensure compliance with product procedures and work instructions to guarantee quality production

• Adhere to good manufacturing practices

• Collect data for key performance indicators

Authorities

• Take action to prevent any nonconformities in product or quality systems

• Identify and document issues related to product, process, and quality systems

• Verify the implementation of corrective actions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

• Demonstrated experience and proven capabilities

• Ability to read and comprehend basic mathematics, blueprints, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

• Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to perform operations as outlined in this job description

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in job duties as necessary

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
