Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at TriMech Services. As a key member of our engineering and operations teams, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and streamlining our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process instructions to ensure efficient manufacturing operations
  • Support CNC programming and setup for 5-axis mills, horizontal and vertical lathes, and cylindrical grinding machines
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Design and develop fixtures for new and existing parts
  • Plan and coordinate new part production processes

Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship due to government contracts
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience with inspection and metrology tools, including micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators
  • Programming experience with 5-axis machining centers, horizontal and vertical lathes, and cylindrical grinding using CAM software (Mastercam experience preferred)
  • Expert user of CAD and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks experience required)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and lean principles
