Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Resident Care

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Care professional. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular wellness visits for all residents, monitoring their health and providing necessary interventions.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided by Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
