We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clubhouse Director to lead our extended learning program for students. As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the program's implementation, managing site budgets, and developing strong relationships with school partners.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure program implementation and fidelity by creating and publishing daily deliverables, conducting observations, and enforcing clear expectations.
- Manage and develop the site team by facilitating weekly meetings, providing coaching and support, and advocating for staff and student needs.
- Manage and develop site systems by creating and maintaining data management systems, conducting monthly audits, and ensuring budget management.
- Manage school partnerships by facilitating monthly meetings, creating opportunities for partners to engage, and establishing systems for sharing key information.
- Oversee site budgets by reviewing expenses, developing annual budgets, and approving staff hours.
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of successful experience in an educational environment.
- Experience building relationships with diverse youth communities and constituents.
- Ability to motivate through positive reinforcement.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible in navigating a fast-paced environment.
