Job Summary

The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Donor Recognition Assistant to join the Donor Relations team. This role will support the team in coordinating various recognition initiatives, including the Loyalty Program and the Presidents Circle welcome box.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recognition initiatives, including the Loyalty Program and the Presidents Circle welcome box
  • Field donor requests for lodging, flower orders, mailing packages, and ticket orders
  • Help organize the fulfillment of gift requests, process fund transfers, manage invoices, and submit mileage and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders
  • Reorganize and maintain the donor gift webpage
Requirements
