About this Role

We're seeking a Military Veteran Teller in our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will also complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

Requirements

- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Military experience in any branch of service: Army, National Guard, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard or Reserves
- Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
