Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

Amigos de Guadalupe is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Casitas de Esperanza program, a new and innovative interim housing initiative. The successful candidate will have a strong background in housing, social work, or a related field, and will be responsible for overseeing the program's strategy, staff, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the program's strategy to achieve its goals and objectives
  • Supervise and train a team of case managers and support staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and government agencies
  • Manage program data and reporting, including HMIS and Salesforce
  • Conduct pre and post-program surveys and evaluations
  • Implement the 2Gen approach to case management and Radical Hospitality principles
  • Collaborate with the Director of Housing to meet program goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and bilingual/biliterate
  • Lived experience with poverty or homelessness, preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a nonprofit setting, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of housing issues and related social policy issues and research, and community resources
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and ability to document cases and reports
  • Culturally competent and able to work in a variety of settings among culturally-diverse individuals and families
