Job Overview:

As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the health and safety of our community by ensuring the well-being of all individuals utilizing the Meadowmont Wellness Center's aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from members regarding the aquatic facilities and available services.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and operational standards of the swimming pool, including routine tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning gutters, and ensuring proper chemical levels.
  3. Monitor all pool users to ensure safety, prevent accidents, and provide first aid or CPR when necessary. Uphold all pool regulations and health standards.

Qualifications:

Education: No formal education requirements.

Certifications:

  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.

Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with special needs, including those with physical limitations or health conditions.

Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
