  • Ensure timely receipt of trade titles and payoff checks.
  • Assist with floor plan audits as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealership staff and accounting managers.
  • Maintain various schedules including Contracts in Transit, We Owe, Incentives, Trade Payoff, and Lien Payoff.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation regularly.
  • Uphold customer satisfaction index (CSI) standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Accurately record hours worked in the company timekeeping system.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Experience in accounting or a related field, ideally up to 3 years.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership management systems.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with vendors and team members.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, requiring regular interaction with various stakeholders. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment that may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
