About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator at Plummer Youth Promise, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Practice Leadership team and Director of Practice Excellence. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Training and Development:
    • Support the development of training materials and presentations.
    • Manage on-site and Zoom meetings and training preparation.
    • Provide technical support for virtual meetings and trainings.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal staff and external clients on scheduling consulting work and meetings.
    • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
    • Enter and maintain data in the department's information management system.
    • Generate reports on training attendance and survey feedback.

    Qualifications
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • 5-7 years of experience in administrative roles.
    • Expert user of office software.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
