About the Role

The Community Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising maintenance staff
  • Coordinating maintenance activities and prioritizing tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on maintenance activities
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance operations
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required

Salary

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
