Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, develop, validate, and analyze data to support various teams. Lead the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor quality and manage inventory.
  • Process Improvement: Drive the use of data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions across teams.
  • Reporting Oversight: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of performance and inventory reports. Provide coaching and guidance to improve team outcomes.
  • Client Setup Support: Collaborate with the client setup team to utilize data for process improvements and ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Strategic Direction: Work with management to set and implement strategic goals for the team. Facilitate meetings to discuss issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, Underwriting, and external vendors, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review and monitor performance data to identify challenges and opportunities. Ensure inventory management is handled accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a business unit or equivalent external experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a solid understanding of best practices and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders, including business systems analysts and management.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey business solutions.
  • Proven ability to define business solutions, make informed decisions, identify problems, and implement changes effectively.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power BI), Sequel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent project and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with a strong understanding of the business environment.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
