Key Responsibilities- Data Management & Analysis: Collect, develop, validate, and analyze data to support various teams. Lead the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor quality and manage inventory.
- Process Improvement: Drive the use of data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions across teams.
- Reporting Oversight: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of performance and inventory reports. Provide coaching and guidance to improve team outcomes.
- Client Setup Support: Collaborate with the client setup team to utilize data for process improvements and ensure successful client onboarding.
- Strategic Direction: Work with management to set and implement strategic goals for the team. Facilitate meetings to discuss issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, Underwriting, and external vendors, to drive successful project outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Review and monitor performance data to identify challenges and opportunities. Ensure inventory management is handled accurately and efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a business unit or equivalent external experience.
- Proven experience in project management, with a solid understanding of best practices and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders, including business systems analysts and management.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey business solutions.
- Proven ability to define business solutions, make informed decisions, identify problems, and implement changes effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power BI), Sequel, and Tableau.
- Excellent project and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with a strong understanding of the business environment.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
