Position Overview

The Digital Programmatic Strategist will take charge of devising, implementing, and refining programmatic media strategies that align with campaign goals and targeting methodologies. This position will require collaboration with the broader digital team to uncover new avenues, including partnerships, technological innovations, training initiatives, and process improvements, to enhance the agency's digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client campaigns from inception through optimization and ongoing management
  • Work alongside internal and external teams to create and enhance client strategies
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients in programmatic and digital strategy
  • Continuously explore and assess new capabilities and partnerships to enrich the agency's services
  • Facilitate internal and external education on programmatic capabilities
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment and support colleagues as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience with Real-Time Bidding technologies such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Ad Exchanges, and SSPs
  • Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive client campaigns across various tactics including CTV/OTT, OLV, Native, DOOH, High Impact, and Display
  • Proven ability to research and create tailored strategies for optimizing client KPIs and achieving business goals
  • Proactive in monitoring insights and implementing ongoing optimizations during campaigns
  • Skilled in producing and delivering presentations to stakeholders
  • Deep understanding and passion for the digital media and advertising sector
  • Experience managing strategic campaigns on YouTube is a plus
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies and industry-standard metrics
  • Experience with ad trafficking platforms like Google Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities
