About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Heart Transplant Clinician to join our team at Phoenix Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our pediatric heart transplant patients.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive care to pediatric heart transplant patients, including conducting health histories, physical assessments, and plans.
  2. Order and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, and perform other therapeutic or corrective measures to treat illness and improve health status.
  3. Collaborate and coordinate care with other team members, including attending physicians, nurses, and social workers.


Qualifications:
  • Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care, Acute Care, or Dual Certification) or Physician Assistant licensure.
  • Certification in area of educational training.
  • BLS/PALS certification.
  • Previous inpatient clinical experience in CVICU or Transplant environment preferred.
