Salary and Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
  • All staff members are considered for raises or promotions every 3 months.

Job Description

We are seeking an Early Childhood Interventionist to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Offer one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy.
  • Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer and tablet literacy.
  • Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
  • Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client.
