Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Transplant Abdominal Surgery team as a Critical Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide inpatient post-operative management for kidney, pancreas, and liver transplant recipients. This is a full-time position working nights only, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Mayo Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax savings plans, and a competitive retirement package. You'll also have opportunities for continuing education and advancement within the organization.

Requirements
  1. Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program (for Acute Care Nurse Practitioner), or Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice (for Physician Assistant).
  2. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a ACNP (for Acute Care Nurse Practitioner), or Current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice (for Physician Assistant).
  3. Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.
