Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and experiences to all clients and members through effective communication, appointment scheduling, and membership management.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the spa.
- Monitor and enhance spa sales performance.
- Communicate promotional offers and service options to clients.
- Train, supervise, and mentor sales and service staff.
- Drive membership education and sales, including setting sales goals and incentives.
- Promote products and services passionately with clear communication.
- Collaborate with the Service Provider team to optimize appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for engaging with clients and providing consistent, high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A quick learner with a positive outlook.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
