Job Title: Residential Real Estate Agent

A Residential Real Estate Agent plays a pivotal role in facilitating smooth home sales and purchases. As a front-line representative of our company, you will be responsible for networking and communicating with numerous individuals to facilitate housing transactions within your community.

To excel in this role, you must possess an opportunistic and proactive attitude. A real estate career is best suited to driven, independent, and achievement-focused individuals who can thrive in an autonomous environment.

Real Estate Professionals earn a competitive income based on the number of transactions they complete. As you build your client base and establish a strong reputation, your earning potential increases. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for Real Estate Agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being officially hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Key Responsibilities:
  • Network with other real estate professionals to market your home listings.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market to be aware of current home listings and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on a regular basis and address their questions and concerns.
  • Represent clients during real estate negotiations and transactions.
  • Build trust and manage long-term relationships with individuals.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
