Job Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with peers and development engineers to grasp product specifications, crafting test cases and plans that align with or surpass product expectations.

Your role will involve broadening the test coverage through the creation of new tests as part of our ongoing commitment to quality enhancement.

You will execute performance and scalability tests on HPC storage hardware within a supercomputing framework, documenting issues in detail and collaborating with developers for troubleshooting and debugging.

Your expertise will contribute to cross-organizational projects, guiding innovation and the integration of new technologies within our systems design initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test cases.
  • Enhance test coverage through the design and implementation of new testing strategies.
  • Conduct performance and scalability tests in a high-performance computing environment.
  • Create detailed documentation for issues identified during testing.
  • Work with developers to reproduce and resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide leadership and domain expertise in software systems across various projects.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies within project frameworks.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in supporting compute server or storage products.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Bash Shell, Perl, and Python.
  • Familiarity with C programming is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience in Linux administration and UNIX systems.
  • Knowledge of filesystems and Lustre is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and quick diagnostic skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in high-performance computing and AI technologies is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor others.
  • Understanding of IT security and compliance standards.
