Quality Technician 3

MacLean-Fogg is seeking a skilled Quality Technician 3 to join our team. As a pivotal member of our quality assurance team, you'll be at the forefront of precision and innovation, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our calibration system to ensure all measurement and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Develop fixture solutions to securely hold products during inspection and testing.
  • Facilitate MSA studies to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of measurement equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of products, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assurance activities.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a quality environment.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing quality issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision.
  • Advanced use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments.
