We are seeking a reliable Home Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to join our team at Medserv Equipment Corp. As a Delivery Technician, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up Home Medical Equipment to patients and customers in their homes, including assisted living and independent living facilities. Ability to lift 75 lbs. + is a firm requirement for this position. The Delivery Tech will also be responsible for repairs and maintenance on Home Medical and Mobility Equipment. You will be assisting the Tech Service manager in the delivery and assembly of Lift Chair (Lazy Boy Type) Recliners, Hospital Beds, Power Mobility products, and other mobility aids. Past experience in furniture delivery and assembly is helpful but not required. Experience in electronic device, car repair, or other mechanical experience is helpful but not required. This position has the potential to grow into a Full Time opportunity for the right candidate. Hourly compensation commensurate to experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and set up Home Medical Equipment to patients and customers in their homes
  • Repair and maintain Home Medical and Mobility Equipment
  • Assist the Tech Service manager in the delivery and assembly of Lift Chair (Lazy Boy Type) Recliners, Hospital Beds, Power Mobility products, and other mobility aids

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. +
  • Past success in working independently
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs (Training Provided)
  • Background in furniture moving, electronics, or mechanical knowledge preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
