LPN Medication Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities:- Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
- Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest level of care and services are provided to residents.
- LPN licensure in the state of employment.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
