Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, or wiring diagrams
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform point-to-point wiring
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Assemble test and data acquisition systems, test fixtures, cables, harnesses, and PCB assemblies
- Design and layout electrical shelves/panels logically
- Provide technical support and collaborate with engineers and other staff to identify, define, and resolve issues throughout the assembly process
- Modify prototypes, components, assemblies, and systems to rectify defects
- Conduct tests on completed assemblies to verify proper functionality
- Obtain and maintain IPC certifications: J-STD-001 specialist, IPC-A-610 specialist, and IPC-A-620 specialist
- Adhere to and uphold company documentation standards
- Enhance and maintain company quality processes
- Manage inventory and upkeep of company tools
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Foster company objectives and promote continuous improvement through active participation, teamwork, and quality initiatives
- Occasionally travel to company and customer sites primarily within the northeast US

Additional Duties:
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Manage job materials
- Occasionally support other responsibilities such as facility maintenance
